Conditions of Returns:
Full priced items are eligible for an exchange. Refunds are only available if the item is deemed faulty.
In the unlikely event a product is faulty, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving stock with order number, reason for return / exchange and any photos of the product which may assist us.
Please ensure the below conditions are met before submitting your return request:
-Item(s) are in perfect condition and not altered or damaged.
-Item(s) must have original packaging with tags attached.
Sunny Folks has the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements.
